The Sonoran Bloom Career Plan Recognition Program honors Affiliate Members who have become Rising Stars. As you move up the Career Plan, you earn new titles, increased recognition and coveted rewards. Here’s how the Sonoran Bloom Career Plan works:

Win special awards.

• 1 Star to 3 Star Affiliate Members—Earn a special gift and see your name presented on our big screens.
• 4 Star Affiliate Members—Receive a custom-engraved plaque in honor of your accomplishment. You’ll be invited onstage and to address your team one last time as non-Director.
• Director Rising Star Award to 3 Star Director—Attend a special dinner and receive a beautiful crystal custom engraved trophy in honor of all you’ve accomplished.
• Presidential Director—At our special awards dinner, you’ll receive a crystal trophy that takes a decent arm to hold high. The special award signifies the noteworthy achievement of not only becoming a leader, but also creating leaders within your team by promoting multiple Directors underneath you.
• Million Dollar Club—This special award is presented at our awards dinner to celebrate the TriVita business that have reached one million dollars in asset value. You’ll receive a silver, custom-engraved trophy cup set on a solid shiny black base.
